My trip BACK to New Orleans. . .

This past weekend I ended my summer, traveling a long weekend back to New Orleans with a few of my good girl friends from Austin. It was nice to get away, and be spontaneous and to let the nights take us wherever it desired.

The music alone will absolutely knock you off your feet. The culture of the "Big Easy" still lives strong through those local New Orleans. They truly have a gift of rhythm, that will may anyone want to let loose and dance all night.

I've been to New Orleans twice now, and both times have never let me down. The city of pride is always opening their arms to anyone and everyone. Needless to say we all had an amazing time together.
These are when the candids begin. . .

6 months of marriage have been the best days of my life

Out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing,
There is a field. I'll meet you there.
When the soul lies down in that grass,
the world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language, even the phrase each other
doesn't make any sense.

San Francisco. . . "Our Honeymoon"

If you're going to San Francisco
Be sure to wear some flowers in your hair
If you're going to San Francisco
You're gonna meet some gentle people there
For those who come to San Francisco
Summertime will be a love-in there
In the streets of San Francisco
Gentle people with flowers in their hair
All across the nation such a strange vibration
People in motion
There's a whole generation with a new explanation
People in motion people in motion
For those who come to San Francisco
Be sure to wear some flowers in your hair
If you come to San Francisco
Summertime will be a love-in there
If you come to San Francisco
Summertime will be a love-in there
